Two KHS Seniors Named National Merit Commended Students

Two KHS seniors have been named National Merit Commended Students, putting them in the top 2.6% of high school students in the US.

Katelyn Bennett and Ryan Welke placed in the top 34,000 students out of 1.3 million seniors who took the PSAT/NMSQT test last year.

Katelyn wants to pursue an art degree and Ryan says he wants to be a lawyer. Both expressed interest in attending the University of Michigan after graduation.
