Student Athletes of the Week: September 2025

Congratulations to our A. Papano's Student Athletes of the Week for September 2025. This article will be updated weekly.

Ian Mitchell

Ian is a junior striker on the varsity boys soccer team. He has led the Kingsley scoring attack with six goals and an assist in the first five games. Ian is also active in travel soccer and carries a 3.97 grade point average.

Isabelle Seitz

Isabelle is a senior libero on the varsity volleyball team and has had an outstanding start to the 2025 season. She served at 100% for the week with 76 digs. Isabelle also excels in track at Kingsley while carrying a 3.88 grade point average.  

Isaiah Cosgrove

Isaiah is a senior fullback and defensive lineman on the varsity football team and had an outstanding matchup versus Grayling. He rushed for 144 yards on 13 carries on offense, and had three tackles and a fumble recovery on defense. Isaiah also excels in wrestling and rugby at Kingsley while carrying a 4.009 grade point average.

Connor Pierce

Conner is a freshman goalkeeper on the varsity soccer team and had an outstanding season in goal for the Stags. He recorded 12 saves in Kingsley’s 5-2 win over Charlevoix. Conner is also very active in TBAYS Soccer in Traverse City and has all A’s and B’s for the first semester.
