March 2026 Student Athletes of the Week

Emilee Robinson

Emilee is a senior forward on the varsity Stag girls basketball team and has had a great 2025-26 season. Emilee had 15 points in Kingsley's win over Onekama and 13 points in a win at Manton last week.  Robinson has excelled at both ends of the floor while averaging 14 points per game this season. Emilee also excels in volleyball, soccer and track & field at Kingsley while carrying a 4.13 grade point average.

Makayla Birgy

Makayla is a junior powerlifter on the varsity powerlifting club team and had a great 2025-26 season. Makayla was the state runner-up at Lake Orion High School in the 148-pound weight-class lifting a total of 745 pounds with a 270-lb Squat, 145-lb Bench, and 330-lb Deadlift. Makayla also excels in soccer at Kingsley while carrying a 3.58 grade point average. 

Audrey Town

Audrey is a senior powerlifter on the Kingsley varsity powerlifting club team and had a great 2025-26 season. Audrey was all-state in the Michigan Powerlifting State Finals competition at Lake Orion High School finishing 5th overall in her weight class.  Additionally, Audrey will be signing her letter of intent to play softball at Muskegon Community College. Audrey carries a 4.03 grade point average at Kingsley.

Colton Goethals

Colton is a senior wrestler on the varsity wrestling team and had a great 2025-26 season. Colton finished his high school wrestling career with over 100 wins and was All-State for division 3 finishing 6th in the 215-lb weight class at the MHSAA Individual wrestling finals at Ford Field. Colton also excels in football and will be continuing his football career at Grand Valley State University next fall where he plans to major in finance. While at Kingsley, Colton maintained a 4.14 grade point average.
