June 2025 Student Athletes of the Week

Grace Merchant

Grace is a sophomore outfielder on the varsity girls softball team at Kingsley and has had an outstanding season for the Stags. She was selected as a 1st Team All Northern Shores Conference player and led the Stags to a division 3 District Championship.  Grace went 5 for 5 at the plate with 3 walks and 4 runs scored as Kingsley defeated Benzie Central and St. Francis to claim the 2025 D3 District Softball Championship. Grace also excels in basketball at Kingsley while carrying a 3.95 grade point average.

AdeLynn Town

AdeLynn is a junior catcher on the varsity girls softball team at Kingsley and had an outstanding season for the Stags. She was selected as a 1st Team All Northern Shores Conference player and led the Stags to a division 3 Regional Final. AdeLynn hit .536 with six homeruns and 50 RBIs for Kingsley. She also excels in basketball at Kingsley while carrying a 3.87 grade point average.
