January 2026 Student Athletes of the Week

Congratulations to our A. Papano's Student Athletes of the Week for January 2026. This article will be updated weekly.

Brody Wolf

Brody is a junior forward on the varsity boys basketball team and is off to a great start in the 2025-26 season. Brody led the Stags with 16 points and seven rebounds versus Bellaire, and had 21 points and nine rebounds versus the TC Bulldogs as Kingsley when won the Buckley tournament. Brody also excels in baseball at Kingsley while carrying a 3.2 grade point average. 

Annie Strang

Annie is a senior guard on the varsity Stags girls basketball team and is off to a great start in the 2025-26 season. Annie led the Stags with 17 points in both of Kingsley's Northern Shores Conference wins versus Charlevoix and Kalkaska.  Annie also excels in softball at Kingsley while carrying a 3.54 grade point average.

Colten Sherman

Colten is a freshman wrestler on the varsity wrestling team and is off to a great start in the 2025-26 season. Colten is currently 20-5 in the 120-pound weight class and won the Chippewa Hills and Unity Christian Tournaments. Colten also excels in football at Kingsley and has all A’s for the first semester.
