Free Breakfast & Lunch to Continue Through 2025-2026 School Year

On October 7, 2025, Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed the State School Aid budget, which includes funding to continue free breakfasts and lunches for public school students during the 2025–2026 school year through the Michigan School Meals program.

With this funding, we will continue to offer free breakfast and lunch to all students.

If you have not yet completed the Education and Nutrition Benefits Form for your family, please do so as soon as possible. Visit kingsley.familyportal.cloud, select Apply for Benefits, and complete the Education Benefits form.

If you have already submitted the application, no further action is required.
